Library

The library is a multimedia centre with a full time librarian and a fully computerised system for borrowing resources. Both fiction and non fiction are kept up to date to meet changing pupil tastes and the demands of the National Curriculum. There is a large general reading section as well as an area set aside for Literature and more challenging texts. Non fiction is organised according to the Dewy Decimal system on two floors.

Being equipped with a network of thirty modern computers with total individual security for pupil files, access to encyclopaedias and the Internet, the library has its own Electronic Loans system to enable our stock of books to be looked at online, as well as tracked in and out of the Library
